My goal is to educate, supoort and guide families through the process of selecting the right living situation for their loved ones and those in need. My experience has allowed me to tour numerous residential care facilities throughout the state of California, including large assisted living communities, small board & care homes and communities specializing in memory care. I evaluate them for staffing, safety, cleanliness, cost, food quality, size, and many other factors that are miportant to my clients and mandated by the state of California. This saves my clients time and energy and helps to eliminate stress. Additionally, I can personally escort my clients on tours of communities that match their needs and coordinate the transition by helping them understand the required paperwork. I can also help locate other service providers such as movers, organizers, attorneys and realtors.
Christopher Valenti was the primary caregiver for his Grandmother and helped her find high quality assisted living options when she was no longer safe at home. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and certified RCFE Administrator in the state of California. Certified Administrators are individuals designated by licensees of
residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFE) to act on their behalf in the overall management of their facilities. Christopher has been working with the geriatric community in the Bay Area for 15 years.
Christopher realizes that there are many factors involved in finding the right living situation to care for our loved ones and those in need. Most families are not familiar with the care options available. Therefore, I listen carefully and explore many issues with the family and/or responsible party to ascertain their goals and determine the appropriate alternatives. I will escort you to communities that meet your needs based on location, care levels, cost and many other factors that are important to your family.
